Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How do I request a free quote for an instrument survey?
Our preferred method is through the link found on our services page. This is the quickest way to get the ball rolling. Please fill out the form provided, and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it does take some time to pull the necessary information for our surveyor to review and provide an estimate for the scope of services requested. This step is done entirely in office, no site visit required and no charge to you.
Q. How long does it take to complete an instrument survey?
Surveying is a discovery process with many factors that can influence a completion date; i.e. scope of services being provided, how well your deed description is written, existing monumentation, travel time, the weather, etc. All of these variables factor into a completion date. An approximate timeframe can be provided once the first site visit is computed.
Q. can we schedule a site visit for a mortgage inspection plan?
No. We do not schedule site visits for the mortgage inspection plans. This is a a fairly quick site visit with outside only access required. Our techs have numerous stops on their daily routes and try to make the process as quick and smooth as possible to avoid interruptions to your day. This is not an instrument survey where property lines are determined & our techs can not show you where the property lines are while doing the site visit for this scope of service.
